Fettucini Alfredo

2 C Heavy Cream

3 oz butter

1/2 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese

1/4 tsp. nutmeg

Cracked Black Pepper to Taste

Bring well salted water to a boil for the pasta. Cook until al dente, most dry pasta will give you a time range right on the box. For the sauce, heat a large saute pan on medium heat. Add the cream, butter and nutmeg and begin to reduce. Add parmesan cheese and cracked black pepper. Whisk sauce until nappe' (coats the back of a spoon). Turn off heat. Add your cooked pasta to the sauce and serve with additional cracked pepper to taste.
